I'm a trail runner and cyclist with a love for the outdoors! I have had dreams of hitting the trails in the Cederberg that I've hiked a number of times, on the back of a bike for years. I have now finally purchased a Dakar to allow me to do just that! I'm hoping to meet some interesting people and grow into the Cape Town biking community!

HI. My name is Matt Cullinan, 48 years old, married with three kids, live in Rondebosch. I use my bike on a daily basis for short commutes to work, meetings and so forth. I have not done many long (or short) outrides. I used to have a 1200GS and did the countrytrax begginners and off-road courses on that (still want to do the sand riding sometime). I changed to the Dakar because the 1200 was too big for me in off-road situations. When I have the chance I plan to migrate to the 800GS.
